Barackonomics103 (the fall of the Lower & middle class')

Barackonomics will tax the hell out of the successful and stick a knife in the back of lower and middle class citizens.  This is a concept that noone is talking about in the mainstream media, talk shows or news outlets.  The whole emphasis is on the rich and how they deserve to "spread their wealth around".  After all, to 95% of Americans, this system sounds wonderful......but wait......is it?

Lets keep it simple and get to the point.

Take any small, medium or large business you want....let's say the home of the Big Mac...McDonalds.  As you should know, tax liability is one of many costs of doing business along with payroll, rent, fuel, etc....and every company has a profit margin or percent that it must sell its product for in order to make money.   If any of these costs goes up, one of two things must happen.

1.   McDonalds can cut other costs, i.e. lay off workers, to make the same profit margin ......or
2.  McDonalds can raise their prices to make the same profit margin.

One thing is for sure, they are not going to send more money to the government and not make up for it somewhere else...period!

So you see, either option McDonalds chooses to take will hurt the lower and middle class the most.  Think about this concept in everything you do daily....groceries...prices going up, fuel...up, new car...higher price, new home....same thing, utility bills....price up...

Get the picture.  It's very basic but for some reason, kept very quiet.  If you learn one lesson studying Barackonomics learn this...businesses and corporation DO NOT pay taxes....they pass that cost on to you....the consumer.  So raising their taxes may sound good.....but you'll pay for it.

The next time you roll up to McDonalds and the $.99 menu is now the $1.50 menu, you can thank Barackonomics.

Barackonomics 101

Listed below are three outrageous scenarios and only one is true: Can you find the true statement?

A. Beginning in 2009, the PGA has announced that Tiger Woods, one of the best golfers of all-time, will be penalized strokes in each tournament to make the season more competitive. One-half of all Wood's birdies and eagles will be taken from him and distributed to last place finishers of each day to allow more "weaker, less talented" golfers make the final cut. A PGA spokesman explains " it's nothing personal against Tiger, he has worked hard all of his life to become the highly successful player he is today, but we feel he has been too successful, and this is the only way weaker golfers can compete."

B. In an effort to restore confidence in our public education system, the National education board has instituted a new grading method called the "CtoC Program." This system will shave points off the strongest students and slide them to the weakest students. The smartest kid's A grade will slide down to a solid "C", while the failing student's "F" grade will jump up to a passing "C". Officials say in some cases, if the smart students study extra hard, the failing students grade could even catapult to a whopping "B", allowing the do-nothings a chance to feel more successful than there hard-working counterparts. Under this system, schools would have zero failures to report and millions of instant success stories to display to the world.

C. Presidential hopeful Barack Obama has released details his economic plan to save our country. Under Obama, successful citizens and small businesses will be taxed at an extremely high rate to compensate for the less fortunate, under-achieving portion of our society. The plan is designed to overtax anyone making over $250,000 annually, all these proceeds will go to Obama and the government and then will be distributed via more government programs (i.e. welfare) and small tax breaks for the middle class. Obama says "its not that I want to punish your success...I think when you spread the wealth around it's good for everybody."

As I said at the top of the page, one of these scenarios is really true....really! Read Barackonomics102 for the answer!
